Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
By booking an appointment with Sun & Silk Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
